Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon

Portland's premier cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Lee Robinson is dedicated to each patient's diverse needs. Dr. Robinson is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in surgery of the face. With over twenty years of private practice, thousands of patients have experienced desirable results from his expertise. Dr. Robinson's specializes in facelift, brow lift, rhinoplasty (nose), blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery, otoplasty (protruding ear) and chin implant surgeries.

Dr. Robinson is the Medical Director of Oswego Spa & Laser which opened in May of 2005,  To ensure fresh long lasting surgical results we offer comprehensive medical grade skin care.  Oswego Spa & Laser  specializes in laser treatments for hair reduction, small facial veins and sun damage.  The estheticians at Oswego Spa & Laser are experts in corrective skin care to include chemical peels, laser peels, microdermabrasion and customized facials to fit a client's needs.

Born and raised in Portland, Dr. Robinson enjoys traveling, skiing and frequenting the family vacation home in Black Butte as well as spending quality time with his wife Valerie Robinson, M.D., daughter Erica and son Bryan.

Dr. Robinson is a weekly guest on the "Daria Mitch & Ted" radio show on 105.1, The Buzz.  He enjoys answering the listener's cosmetic surgery questions.

Practice Manager

Leslie joined Dr. Robinson s team as a receptionist in 2000 and has since become the Practice Manager as well as the Oswego Medical Spa Manager, running day-to-day operations of the office. She enjoys working with a team dedicated to outstanding customer service always placing the patients needs first. .

Leslie has three sons and two beautiful daughters in-law. In her spare time she loves to sew, read, garden and spend time with friends and family. She and her husband, Dale, also spend time on their Harley exploring the northwest.

Nursing Team

Registered Nurses are involved with patients in all facets of Dr. Robinson's practice from consultations to assisting in the operating room and recovery room. Our R.N.'s are specifically trained in and perform all laser treatments. They are involved in post-operative care and ancillary procedures such as Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers.

Diane has been Dr. Robinson's OR Tech for over 15 years. She is responsible for ordering supplies, instrument sterilization and organizing all aspects of the operating and recovery rooms. Diane will greet you with a smile upon arrival for surgery. She is dedicated to helping you feel at ease by her gentle caring manner throughout the entire surgical process.

Diane and her husband Larry have lived in the Tigard area for 20 years. She is the devoted mother of two daughters and takes special pride in her grandsons, Mathew and Joshua. She enjoys time spent with friends and family.

Diane joined our team in October 2011 assisting Dr. Robinson in the OR. Diane began her nursing career in 1981 and has extensive experience with Orthopedic, Plastic Surgery, Ear/Nose/Throat, Oral, Vascular, Neurosurgery and Urology surgery. Diane's calm demeanor will put you at ease and her attention to detail and compassion provide you with the best possible surgical care.

Diane is a busy mother and outside of the OR she spends her time attending sporting events and school activities in support of her 3 children. Camping is a favorite summer activity for the entire Ramos family, Diane, husband 3 kids and 3 dogs.

Kathy's experience includes 27 years of Trauma and Emergency Medicine, including Staff Nursing in the Neurosurgical ICU and Emergency Room, Flight Nursing and Firefigher/Paramedic. She redirected her career into Esthetic Medicine in 2011 and specializes in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, laser skin therapy and skin care consultations.

Kathy and Dr. Robinson team up to make sure every aspect of your surgery consultation is covered. Kathy understands the importance of good skin care before, during and after surgery and utilizes her vast knowledge to educate each surgical patient.

Kathy has three adult sons and enjoys spending time with her partner, Dave riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles. She loves to garden and hike in the summer months and ski and snowboard in the winter.

Patient Coordinators

Dr. Robinson's Patient Coordinators Joyce and Monica work as a team to ensure  comprehensive thourogh surgical consultations, pre and post-operative appointments.  Their dedication to patient care, education and comfort goes beyond measure.

Joyce has been Dr. Robinson's Patient Care Coordinator for 18 years. She has extensive knowledge in facial cosmetic surgery and works closely with patients to optimize all aspects of their surgical experience. Surgical consultations with Dr. Robinson and Joyce are detailed with all the information you will need in your decision for cosmetic surgery. You will appreciate her knowledge and warm caring manner.

Joyce and her husband Rick enjoy bowling, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Joyce has two children and is the proud grandmother of Brandon and Natalia. She treasures her time spent with them.

Monica's warm smile and sunny personality radiate to everyone that comes into our office. She and Joyce work as a team to ensure that each person, whether calling for information or scheduling a surgery, is treated with respect. Monica will address any pre-operative concerns or apprehension at your pre operative appointment. She will make sure you are ready and excited for surgery.

Monica and her husband Bill are the proud parents of four young men. They devote their time attending sporting events and games in support of their boys. Monica enjoys cooking, walking and spending time with her many friends and extended family.

Spa Team

All aestheticians are licensed by their appropriate boards and work under the supervision of Dr. Lee Robinson.

Sonja earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University in 2000, and in 2006 graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in Beaverton.

Sonja is passionate about helping her clients look as good on the outside as they feel on the inside. She is results driven and will help guide you through a proper personalized skin care regime formulated to meet your goals. She has training and certification in lasers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and countless product lines including Obagi.

Sonja has been married to her best friend Steve for 12 years. She enjoys traveling to warm sunny places, spending time with friends and family, camping, hiking, tennis, and spending time with her very spoiled Australian Shepard Chloe.

Michelle comes from a busy medical spa where she performed thousands of cosmetic injections and hundreds of laser treatments. Highly endorsed, Michelle is dedicated and takes pride in helping patients achieve their esthetic goals through education, treatment, encouragement and compassion.

Michelle specializes in Lip and Cheek Enhancement, Hand Rejuvenation, Botox & Dysport and Sclerotherapy. She is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Her laser experience includes treatment for: Sun Damage, Skin Tightening, Skin Rejuvenation, Rosacea, facial veins and hair reduction.

Michelle’s expertise with esthetic facial treatments, medical grade skin product knowledge and Jane Iredale Make-up will provide you with the best advice and treatment plan.

Michelle was born and raised in Portland and is the oldest of 8 children. Michelle has a 16 year old son and a 12 year old daughter and two cats. Michelle enjoys reading and spending time with her family and playing at the beach and the gorge with her children.

Monica is our lead Esthetician, working with Dr. Robinson since 2005. Her passion for skin care led to a career as an esthetician in 1999. She is certified in advanced chemical peels and corrective skin care. Monica is passionate about good skin care and dedicates her expertise to her client's needs by creating treatment programs to maintain beautiful and healthy skin. Monica takes pride in her work and believes in continuing education. She is thorough, always going the extra mile for her clients. She has advanced training in the Obagi system and all chemical facial peels.

Monica's spare time is devoted to her husband Kelly and her four boys. Family is her top priority; she also enjoys cooking and reading.

Ginger is an esthetician specializing in skin care. She coordinates and manages scheduling for the spa and all aspects of product purchasing. Ginger graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1998 and within a few years she turned her professional direction to spa managing, design and esthetics. She is currently a licensed esthetician and massage therapist with advanced training in the Obagi system. She is a professional and passionate about her work. Ginger understands that everyone is an individual, and will make sure your experience at our spa is informative and enjoyable.

Ginger and Jeff Ross were married in August 2009 and celebrated his acceptance into the TVFD in September. Ginger loves to spend time with her dog, Zoey and is devoted to her many friends.and family.
